    Who is the licensor of Voltes V and Daimos merchandise in the Philippines?
    Telesuccess Productions, Inc. is the sole and exclusive licensee of VOLTES V and DAIMOS merchandising rights. They are also authorized to sublicense and grant approval for the usage of VOLTES V and DAIMOS characters/images/designs in the Philippines.


    Why should I get license for my Voltes V and Daimos product?
    In order to legally sell merchandise using an existing trademark or copyright, you MUST have a license to produce or sell. In you fail to obtain a license, you will be subject to legal action for Trademark Infringement.


    What is Trademark Infringement
    Trademark infringement is the unauthorized use in commerce of a registered trademark or a copy or colorable imitation thereof, which results in the likelihood of confusion among the consuming public. The elements of trademark infringement are: (1) a registered trademark in the Philippines, (2) plaintiff’s ownership of said mark, and (3) use of the trademark or imitation thereof by a third person, which results in likelihood of confusion.
