Create your own account to enhance your shopping experience! We only need a few simple details for shipping and communication. Additionally, with an account, you can save valuable time on future orders!
Purchasing / Placing Orders
Shopping with us is easy. Just browse our products, click “Add to Cart,” and enter your shipping info at checkout. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s processed.
Mode of Payment
BANK DEPOSITS/ TRANSFERS
After you finish checking out, we’ll send our bank account details to you via email. Kindly use our Bank Deposit/Transfer Payment Form to confirm your payment.
Shipping
SMALL ITEMS (SHIRTS, BOOKLET, ETC.)
Orders will be processed and shipped via JRS Express within five (5) business days after full payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. To inquire about your order, use our Order Inquiry Form.
LARGE ITEMS
Fragile and large items, such as statues and dioramas, can be shipped via JRS Express (Nationwide) or Lalamove (NCR and select parts of Luzon). Please visit Lalamove to learn more about their serviceable areas.
Note: Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for the Lalamove delivery schedule. They should notify us of their scheduled Lalamove pickup at least three (3) business days in advance. Pickup is available from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
LOCAL PICKUP (STATUES, DIORAMAS, AND WATCHES ONLY)

Pre-Order
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the manufacturer cancels. If you cancel, you will lose your deposit. Due to limited quantities, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for pre-ordered items.
The manufacturer determines the release date for pre-ordered or pre-released items. Our estimated time of arrival (ETA) is a guideline only; actual arrival dates may vary and could be earlier or later than expected.
